I want to transfer my warranty deed

the ******** ** ******) into my

trust. What form do I use.

Re: transfer of warranty deed

If you own it outright,a quitclaim deed from you to the trust. It must be filed with the county clerk where the property is located. If there is a lien, you will need consent.
