Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
Is it true that an association can stop me from cleaning the walkways? We don't have it in the budget to have a handyman or lawn company to do this and I'm perfectly capable of washing down the filth, the bird poop, the spider webs and wasp nests. They say I'm an insurance liability. Could a sign a waiver holding them harmless?
