Type your My attorney did not write an expiration date on the contract to purchase my business. The purchaser still wants to buy my business but the contract is 21 months old and is not in any hurry. I need to sell my business but the pending contract is making it impossible. What are my options?question here...

Ridiculous. If no time was specified, he would have had a reasonable time to purchasee. That has long expired.
