Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Type Your Question Here...Is it legal for an apartment complex to use your deposits for new renovations in the unit you will no longer be staying in due to the fact that they just brought the complex and decided not to acknowledge a newly signed lease that happened prior to them buying the company becus they are doing renovations in all current units as well??

Your question is missing facts. deposits for security? deposits for purchase? you need to explain further what kind of deposits you mean. As for the rest of the question, I suggest you break it up in smaller pieces as it does not make legal sense as written.
