Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

uncle died a year ago in Florida. Had mortgage with Ocwen. Niece been making payments. she stopped recently. Sent a will from uncle stating property goes to me.

Can I have mortgage company transfer mortgage to my name without credit and qualifying for loan?

This scenario is not likely. If you continue to pay the mortgage you probably won't have a problem. However you must probate the will and get the property iny your name. You need an attorney.
