Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

i have a uncle that passed and no one is able to locate will! he has a lawyer, but i cant remember name! how do i find his lawyer?

Contact the county where your uncle lived, it's possible that his will was filed with the county. You may be able to find receipts or records with his attorney's name. Otherwise, you may have to contact a probate attorney who will have other means of possibly finding your uncle's will.
