Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I understand having to pay an HMO for upkeep of roof, grounds, etc. The place I am interested in buying also says I must have a Social Membership. I do not play golf, use the club or swim. Do I legally have to pay this fee?

Yes as part of their condo

Docs you can be required to pay such dues. The HOA is simply enforcing those rules.
