Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

unenforceable leases

I signed a one year lease in a condo association that only allows a rental once in a year period, knowing that this would be the second, and therefore unallowable, rental period in the one year time frame. I agreed to tell everyone that I was not a renter, just a friend staying in the condo. Am I bound to this lease? Is it an enforceable agreement?
