Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
My vehicle was park at my designated parking spot at my apartment complex. It has been vandalized in the spot while a security officer was supposedly on duty. Is there any advice as to if the Association of the apartment complex is responsible for the security guards ignorance. Thank you

If your apartment complex is aware of vehicle vandalism and is taking steps to prevent it, then it is meeting it's duty under the law. On the other hand, if your area is SO unsafe that even security guards do not keep your vehicle safe, you may have good cause to move out. Check with local police for the police reports for your complex, and then write your Landlord a letter expressing your concern. See an attorney before you breach the lease.
