Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Warranty deed

I am trying to change my name on my deed. I was told by the county clerks office to use a warranty deed. Upon review of the form, I am confused. Am I the grantor and the grantee? Am I deeding this from my old name to my new name?I would also like to add my husband to the deed. Can I deed it to both of us, we would both be the grantee?

Re: Warranty deed

Yes, you are grantor, you and husband are grantee. Have your signing notarized. Good luck.
