Water damage - what are my legal rights?

The kitchen sink in the condo above me has a leak. I noticed the problem once before and was assured it would be rectified. I now have more water coming from the same spot in my ceiling. What are my legal rights as a condo owner? Who is responsible for the cost of the repairs?

1. Notify your Condo Bd and the other owner in writing, certified mail.
