Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Ok let me ask this in a different way...is it legal for the bank to send my ex wife documents about my home that she has never lived in, not on the papers, and has never had anything to do with mine and my wifes home ever..they sent her papers that has all of me and my wifes personal information on it...is this legal

Under some circumstances, this would be appropriate. It is not illegal.
