Western Union Rcpt

I have made 15 payments on a mortgage account via western union. Only 13 was credited to account. Contacted mortgage company and provided proof of the

2 payments. They in return state

ok you showed us that you sent it but now we need you to provide documentation that we accepted this. Now all rcpts had the MCN, contacted western union they stated to go to the western union that you went to. Unfortunately that location is not their anymore.

FYI - all 15 rcpts all look the same

and have separte MTCN #s also remember that they accepted 13 of them.

If Western Union doesn't keep records at the corporate level of which payments were cashed, you may be out of luck.
