Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
Two widowed individuals in Florida decide to sell one of their homes and move into the other person's home, share expenses, and live out their lives together without getting married to each other. They each have their own Trusts for their respective heirs. They want to be protected so that if one of them dies, the other can continue to live the house indefinitely. They want the heirs of the home owner to be able to inherit the house, but only after the death of the other partner if the owner dies first. What would the best legal arrangement be for this?

The trust and deed should provide for a life estate in the survivor.
