Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

If my wife and I are divorcing, can I buy out her equity in the home? We both agree to the resolution. Unsure of how to remove her from the title.

Yes. You will need a contract of sale, signed by both parties and she will sign a deed conveying her undivided share.

You will both need separate lawyers so there is no claim of undue influence.
