Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My ex wife who I don't

trust is living in our house & wants To

sell

said house. Is it posible she can conspire with the buyer to sell it cheap on recrd while collecting more money under the table

to

short

change my shared equity? Thanks in advance.
