Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My ex wife signed a Joint Stipulation of Consent to Judgement and a Waiver of Deficiency for a foreclosure in Florida. We are both named as the defendants. Can I still be sought after by the plaintiff for the deficiency?

It would be for both the foreclosure and any deficiency.

Possibly yes. The agreement she signed if she signed for herself, only applies to her. Impossible to be sure without seeing the actual document. Seek legal advice
