Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
Wife's real estate property rights in Florida
Can my husband sell our house without my permission? He says that in Florida, he can sell the house if he wants and I can't do anything about it. Both our names are on the deed.

In Florida, neither spouse may LEGALLY sell any interest in real property which was deeded into their joint names as husband and wife [unless there is a divorce somewhere along the line (even if they get remarried)].

If your name is on the deed, he cannot sell your portion.
