Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I will be paying off my home soon. In order to have my spouse's name on the county tax rolls as ownership and tax purposes I was told by the county that I need to prepare a deed to add my husband's name on the title of our home. What docs do I need to do this?

As the county said, you need to do a deed. Since you don't know what that precisely means, you definately need an attorney to prepare it for you and handle the matter. Otherwise, it sounds like you risk making a much bigger problem than the one you are trying to prevent.
