I'm a college student that needs legal advise. My mother passed away 2 years ago and left a will stating that she is leaving her house for her 3 children. But my father is trying to sell it so he can buy himself and his soon to be wife a house after he already owns 2 or 3 houses. Can he do that and what do I need to do to stop him?All we want is what is left of our mother and that is her house. Can someone please help me?

The will must be probated to be enforced by the court.
