Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I worked with a bank for 2 weeks back and forth putting an offer on a house only to be ultimately told they would not accept it because we have an FHA loan. Is that legal? The house needs work, nothing we couldn't have fixed in a week, but is that legal to be denied after offering a full listing price just because of our loan TYPE?

A seller doesn't have to accept an offer, even if it is for the full listing price. They can deny an offer for just about any reason, except for race, gender, religion, etc.

If a contract was signed though, you should check the terms of the contract.
