My x signed a waiver of right to inherit when we divorced . now she has placed a lean on proprty i and my sister inherited from our parents. is this legal if not what can i do ? property is in sarasota fl

It depends on what the basis is for the lien she has attempted to place on the property. Is it due to your failure to pay other amounts and is this a lien to protect that payment or is it an attempt to claim some inheritance right? More information is needed and the documents needs to be reviewed by an attorney. Seek some help asap.
