Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

For the last year I have suspected my landlord is going into foreclosure but when I asked him about it, he denied it. Until less than 1 month before the final judgement date. He tried to pressure me into vacating. Do I have any legal recourse? Polk County Florida.

If you have a written lease then you have the rights under that lease. If the property goes into foreclosure and sale, then there is a Federal Statute that protects your rights to the lease hold for a period of time. Seek some legal help.
