Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I have been with someone for more than five yeras, and we are breaking up. Can she take 1/2 of my Company? It was already an established business that my Father started. She has never contributed to it. She has only reaped the benefits. I live in Ft Lauderdale, Florida.
