can a 16 year old date a 18 year old?
i'm with a younger guy. i really like him and he really likes me too.

This is not a sexual harassment question. Rather, it is one of statutory rape. Of course, 18 year olds date 16 year olds all the time. But the 18 year old might be guilty of criminal violations (what is typically called statutory rape, even if there is consent) if there is any sexual contact, not to mention all the backward laws regarding homosexuality that are still on the books in Florida.
