Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida

what do I do?

For the last 3 years my district manager(who is gay)has been saying unwelcome derogatory comments to me like,(you cant rape the willing)and (all striaght men are gay they just dont know it yet)ect.He has even put his hands around my waist and touched my knee while driving.I have also heard from others that he is telling them that I am gay.(which I am not)I told him 8 months ago to stop.I even went to the owner around the same time and told him.It still continued up to a month ago,When I received a letter from another manager, 500 miles away, that he had told her that I was gay.I told the owner and I wrote him a letter asking him to rectify this matter and still nothing.What can I do?
