Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida

I'm 19 years old and I've made the dumbest mistake of my life. 6 months ago I was using a webcam site called stickam.com and I use it to speak to friends and make friends. But one day a 17 year old boy came into my chatroom and we talked for a bit and he asked if we can speak on AOL Instant Messenger. I obliged and continued to talk to him that night. We decided to go on web cam and chat while seeing each other. He was seeing me but apparently he was using a "loop" (recorded video of someone else to be used by whoever recorded it and pretend to be that recorded person.) I had no idea he was using a loop so me being ignorant and naive I believed it was him.

I don't want to get into detail about what happened because I'm greatly ashamed of what I did. In short, he was recording me the whole time and I got nude for a few minutes. But he told me to keep going and I said no and then he told me that he's blackmailing me so now I have to continue or else he'll post the video onto my facebook account. This has been going since May and I don't know what to do. I managed to get some important information on his whereabouts but I don't know what he looks like. He lives in Maroochydore, Australia with his family and he has not only blackmailed me but 2000 other girls in different countries for the past 3 years. He's made them do bondage acts, made their dog lick their genitals, and even cut themselves. I tried to report him but he keeps managing to get in contact with me. He's using emails that can't be traced so I feel like going to the police won't help much and I don't want my parents to know why I want to go to the police because I couldn't bare to tell them about my stupidity. I need help, what should I do?
