Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida

Need advice

I have been sexually harassed at my workplace. I filed a complaint with the EEOC and have a scheduled mediation meeting between myself and my employer. I would like an attorney to accompany me to the meeting, but can not afford one. My question to you is how can I have a successful outcome from the meeting without legal representation? Can advice you can provide me will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
