Re: Caps on Damages?
Title VII of the Civil Rights Act which covers sexual harassment in an employment setting does have caps on damages that can be awarded. The caps vary and are based on the number of employees at a firm. You can link to a copy of the statute at www.eeoc.gov. This federal statute allows you to sue the company, not individuals at the company.
