Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida

how do you classify this

I worked for a company for 10 years now my boss and I have been seeing each other. My ex husband was in a terriable car accident and I went to see him now he treats me like crap he ignores me silence at the work place and i had to go to a funeral for some one else now he is telling me I assume you quit but I didn't he is mad because the night before I decided I don't want to go on like this I just want to be friends now he said he is going into work and tell them he fired me for no reason other than I went and seen my childrens father and he treated me so bad for a week no I am not going to give him what he wants and because of all of this he wants to fire me...There is more to it like his attitudes and he makes it miserable for me when I am at work...what can I do...Please help

When the terms and conditions of your employment are adversly affected, or if your are terminated, because your are refusing to be involved in a personal relationship with your boss, then I think you should contact an employment attorney. I suggest you review the EEOC web site at www.eeoc.gov for information on sexual harassment and how to file a charge of discrimination with that agency.
