Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida

What can I do about a co-worker repeteadly making derogatory remarks to me?

I have am called demeaning names cursed

at on almosta daily bases. And today was the last draw

when the same co-worker said to me my

10 day old daughter will be pregnant by the

time shes 12yrs old because she has me

for a father.

If you have an employee handbook I am quite certain it will explain a procedure for makinig a complaint about what you perceive to be sexual harrassment. Otherwise, I would speak to someone in human resources department or your supervisor. If things do not improve after you complain I would suggest you speak with an employment attorney.
