Do other employees have the right to harrass other employees? I have been, and it was humiliating, I had to quit do to this matter, can they get away with this harrassment even if the employer allows it, Please help me

You have a legal right to work free from any harrassment based on sex, race, national origin, religion, age or disability. An employer has an obligation to take prompt action if they become aware an employee is being harrassed. I suggest you discuss this matter with an employment attorney as soon as possible.
