Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida

My ex-employer touched my breasts w/o my permission and I told him I wasn't comfortable with it. He "let me go" a week later. I was paid under the table and want to know if I would still be able to file a lawsuit against him?

I would speak with an employment lawyer ASAP. You need to file a charge with the EEOC most likely, how many employees did your employer have? The fact that you were paid under the table is not an issue that I would believe would create problems with you bringing a claim. Feel free to speak to my office if you desire.
