Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida
Is it my fault?
I have to be honest and say that I want involved with my employer since 1995. The first 5 years he was so unhappy and was going to marry me, ect. I then had had some health problems, and the employemnt has decreased from then, for 2 years had me working at home, via computer or calling A/R. Since I told him that I wont have sex with him, he has me doing nothing and has decreased my income from 33,800 to 30,800. And is going to decrease it again in March. I told him that I would come back to work and he doesnt want that. He told me unless I have no doctors appts., not to bother.
He is the owner of the company and there has to be some law about telling empoyees what to do and then trying to hold sex over their head.

You have protections under the law. Seek a consultation with an employment law attorney immediately.
