Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida

I feel embarrassed at work now and I want to know if this is sexual harassment

Recently at work, a dirty sexual rumor has been going around about me. I know who started it and everything, but ever since everyone found out, I've been made fun of for it. Other employees have called me a couple names relating to the rumor. Also, a manager made a few poking-fun comments about it to me that made me feel uncomfortable. He has put in his 2 week notice and is leaving in several days, but there is another manager that sort of made a comment, too. On the same night as other employees and a manager were joking about it to me, he said at one point ''hhmm i could say something right now..but i won't!!'' He said this directly to my face, while smiling, in front of other employees that he knows have heard the rumor. Also, when he said that, it fit into the situation because a topic involving sexual matters was already going on around me. I'm tired of this particular manager treating me badly. Making me feel embarrassed and dirty, in front of other co-workers especially, just pushes it over the edge and i want to take a harsher step. Do i have a lawsuit??

You do not indicate if you have complained to anyone about this matter and I think, if you have not complained, that should be your first step. If you have an employee handbook that will should tell you who handles sexual harrassment issues at you company. If not, I suggest either your immediate supervisor or the Human Resources Department. If that does not solve the problem then you may want to talk to an employment attorney in your area.
