Though what you have described could be considered harassment, I do not from the short question you have posed how serious the situation is. For example, it is not illegal to simply ask a co-worker out on a date. If this man is your supervisor, has input into your wages or conditions of employment and you suffer a negative job action it is very serious. Do you have an employee handbook that talks about sexual harrassment? If you do I suggest you read that handbook and determine who in the company you might contact for help with this problem. If the problem continues or gets worse you may want to talk with an employment lawyer.
