Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida

I appreciate any insight you can provide. If a child predator has moved into your neighborhood is it legal for the homeowner's association to distribute notification to the neighbors? We believe it's legal for notification to be posted but not sure about distributing a flyer. Thanks.

What is the difference between posting a notification and passing out flyers? It is legal as far as I know.
