Pay and discrimination

Working for a company i was told to fire all females, cause they file lawsuits, i did then i quit now i cant even get paid, one of the women i fired was my wife, is any of this legal

Sounds like all the women you fired have claims for gender discrimination and you have a claim for unpaid wages. See an employment attorney immediately.
