Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida
Rape
my girlfriend is now 24. her uncle who is 10 years older than her or older raped her as a child growing up over a period of many years. she is greatly affected by this still to this day emotionally and mentally. i am hoping there is something legal that can be done here...she's too scared of public awareness to say anything and she thinks because of the close age range nothing can be done. is there ANYTHING that can be done to this sick sadistic man?

She needs to see a counselor and should file a police report and bring it to the attention of the local prosecuter. More likely than not, he is already abusing or stalking his next victim, he needs severe psychiatric care and possible incarceration.
