Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida

Rape

I am a 55 year old female. When I was 12 years old a boy 18 years old forced me to have sex with him.

2 years ago he wrote me confessing that he did do this what can I do about this. I have the letter now. I live in Florida now and he lives in New Jersey. This took place in Philadelphia Pennsylvania.
