Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida

my friend was harassed at work by an police officer. he was banded do to a hearing at her corp office. they let him in when she was not working. she found that out when she was asked if he could come in with his friends because one of there buddies died. hr said he was banded for her protection, no he can not. his friends thretened her life. the manager walked her to her car so she could leave crying and scared. manegment wont take responsability, instead they transfered her. corp office says they dont have a report on the harassment yet the hr lady took notes for the 2 hour meeting. she cant speak to the hr lady because now she was let go. they told her the man was her proublem, no one elses. she lost work. did not transfer, they wont protect her. 1 lawyer says she has a case but she cant afford her. refered her to another who says she dont have a case. she has a case, she just dont have the money for a lawyer. what can she do? they always say its not your fault, dont be a victim. what agency can she call for help? this makes me sick a 25 year old lil girl being victomized not only by a police officer but her work too and lawyers because she doesnt have money. makes me sick. please refere me to an agency! please!

She can go directly to the EEOC - Equal Employment Opportunity Commision to file a complaint, she does not need a lawyer to file a complaint with this agency and should do so soon before the statute of limitations runs on her claim.
