Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida

Sexual Harassment

I work at a law college, of all places. I reported the sexual harassment one week ago today and this guy is out there working while they investigate everything. Meanwhile they suspend people for attendance and other similar actions. I have been told nothing but word of mouth is that is will get nothing but a slap on the hand! I am not the 1st person he harrassed but I don't know what has been documented in HR. I am a professional and I must act accordingly while I am work but this is a real problem.

Report to Hr. Keep a paper trail. Keep notes of any actions that seem to be taken against you once you complaint to HR. IF problems persist, seek legal counsel to file a charge with the EEOC. Feel free to call or e-mail me with questions.
