Sexual Harassment

Your employer is required to take prompt, effective action in response to a legitimate sexual harassment complaint. Retaliation is against the law. If you were demoted becuase you protested the harassment you probably have the right to take legal action. We would need to know when the acts occured and how many employees your employed had on the payroll. There are many other factors but on the surface your case sounds like a strong one.

Actionable Caricature

There is a case in MA where someone pastedface of woman running for union office on other body. She won. I agree with the otherattorney who responded to you that you appear to have a strong case. Judges and juriesmuch prefer what is known in the trade as a "T&A" case. They are easier to prove than themore serious discrimination cases. I think you'll be better off with a male attorney on thisone. If a woman represents you, "they" are more apt to think you and your counsel are toothin-skinned (which of course you and your counsel would NOT be -- despite perceptions) .. . but a big man who frowns at the other male . . . then you can bypass distortedperceptions and go right on marching to uphold those Judaeo-Christian ethics. I know theperfect lawyer for you!
