Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida
sexual harrasment outside of work
I have a friend who works at a race
track and she said that several months
ago while at a party with a bunch of
work friends where there was alcohol
and her boss Asked her to see her
breasts and she said no. He said what
about if he shows her his genitals and
she still said no. He showed her
anywAy. This is obviously sexual
harrasment. She said she didnt do
anything cause she didnt want to lose
her job. What are her options and
where would she start to take action.

What you have described is not obviously sexual harassment, but could be a criminal issue. Sexual harassment generally has a work related component to it. It does not sound like her job was threatened or that any work related incident was involved.
Did the boss tell her that if she said anything he would retaliate in any way? If so you did not mention that in your post. If he brings the incident up at work, or uses it as a means to harass her then it could be sexual harassment.
She should have reported him to the police
