Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida

sexual harr?mistreated

i have been harrassed by 2 guys and i cant go to anyone bacause im scared to lose my job, i have had other issues and went to a supervisor and nothing has been done so iam looking for another job, what can i do? i also have been mistreated and wrngly accused?

I suggest you do the following: Read your employee handbook to be sure you are reporting this to the correct supervisor. Report the conduct again. Keep records of when you reported this and to who you reported this. Contact the Human Resources Department in your company if you do not know who to report this conduct to. Review the EEOC web site at www.eeoc.gov for general information, including how to file a charge of discrimination with that agency. Get a copy of your employee file if you have not kept your annual reviews. Keep looking for alternative employment. Talk to an employment attorney in your area.
