Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida
I believe I've been sexually harassed. One evening while working at the bar I was employed at, the owner (women) grabbed my wrist and forced me to dance with her in front of customers while the band was playing music. During this humiliation she whispered in my ear "you don't know how hot you are and how much money you could make", I tried to get her to leave me alone but she wouldn't let go of my wrist.
Another incident happened and the other owner (male) was upset and started screaming at all of the employees calling us "dirty b*tches!" This happened on three or more occasions.
On another day the owner (male) chased me around the restaurant and kitchen in front of customers screaming at me and acting like an animal!
I would like to know is this a situation worth pressing charges for?

This could be a sexual harassment situation. Is this a chain of restaurants? Is there any human resource person to complain to? Depending upon the number of employees at your business, you can file a complaint of harassment with the EEOC or one of the local agencies that enforce harassment laws.
