Re: sexually harrased now double worked
You may have a claim for either sexual harassment and/or retaliation, depending upon the details of what happened. You have a lot to consider, including what is the best for you regardless of what is the best for your case, and these are not always the same! For example, it is possible that you may actually end up hurting your case greately if you cannot take it anymore and resign. But often times, the individual finds it just so unbearable that he or she just cannot or does not want to bear it anymore. I urge you to have a full blown consultation with an attorney, whether it is me, or anybody else. Most experienced lawyers who specialize in this area will charge you a consultation fee, so that is something that you have to consider. I am in Miami, and I believe that you are out of the area. However, I handle consultations statewide by phone. Let me know if you are interested. I am a Board Certified Labor and Employment Attorney [email protected]
