Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida

Situation : My boyfriend is 22 years old and i am 17 years old, he was arrested about 3 years back for having sex with a minor (me) and is on probation. He got arrested today for violating probation and for being with me.

Question : Is there any way that my mother and I can go to his court date and help him fight the sentence if my mother and father both allow/agree with him being around/near me ?

You can try; probably not -- I suspect the court may not give much weight to the opinion of parents that have no problem with their 14 year old daughter having sex with a 19 year old.
