Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida
Tape Recorded Conversation
Someone I work with is being harrassed by a manager in very good standing. The only way to prove the misconduct will probably be to record his comments. Is that illegal. She is in a lower position in the company. The manager is a very good friend of the owner. Anything less than solid evidence will be dismissed.

Re: Tape Recorded Conversation
In Florida you cannot record someone without their knowledge. That said, I would disagree with your general statement that the only way to prove the misconduct would be to record the manager. Your friend should probably speak with an attorney who handles employment discrimination.
