Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida

unwanted touching

My son (16) touched a female housdehold member (17) in a non-sexual way (her foot). Her mother could make this a bigger issue and I would like to knnow what legal ramifications there might be?

I do not see anything here other than a technical battery. Based on what you said, I do not believe anything will be done. You and your son should not discuss this matter with anyone other than a lawyer if it appears the mother may follow up on this.
